Kevin J Reid is a Senior Training Consultant Facilitator, Mentor and Coach and the Owner of Personal Skills Training and Kevin J Reid Coaching. With over 14 years of experience in Irish and International business with an emphasis on personal and organisational communications, Kevin is a much in demand and clients include individuals and entire organisations. He divides his working time between offices in Dublin, Co Leitrim and Co. Down.

Previously Kevin was a founding partner of the Potential Development Institute and held positions as a Senior Coach/ Training Consultant with Peter Hancock International and was Operations Manager for Fastrack into Technology. He also worked with IBEC in various positions within Research & Information and the Social Policy Divisions.

As a serial collaborator he has co-founded: aimed at showcasing Irish engineering hobbyists and manufacturers offering non-executive expertise to SME’s

Kevin is a Director of LYCS; the north-east inner city, community-based education, training, recreation and development project and is on the Board of Advisors of AIESEC the international student organisation. He is also a Trustee Representative on a second level board of management.
