My Articles

  • Do Not Sell Aggressively – Build Business Relationships Instead

Do not follow the lead of the herd, be yourself in sales. Remember people deal with people, they have done for hundreds of years and they will do for years to come.

  • Recognise Your Value & Price Proficiently

To be successful at securing your clients and building your business you will need cashflow and you need to be confidently pricing to generate that cashflow. You need to make less assumptions and put yourself in your prospective clients shoes, what do you need to make them aware of in terms of your value?

  • What not to do – do not “put the cart before the horse”

Putting the cart before the horse, means reversing the proper order or procedure of something. In business it means asking yourself, what to invest my money in first? Get the specifics in place to begin with, and concentrate your efforts on a business model for consistent cashflow. While boot-strapping can help you to start smart, your first priority is to validate your business and create cashflow. Be practical and keep things simple. Invest back into your business as it grows.
