After over 20 years working in executive and management roles in the commercial arena, Mags established Bofin Consultancy to help businesses who struggle with marketing, operations, specific business challenges, profit planning and strategy, to show them how they can make leaps in revenue, with simple but powerful solutions that they can implement again and again. Mags also helps them to address operational challenges and finding solutions to overcome them while continuing to be productive and successful

In her previous life, Mags worked in the private commercial arena for over 20 years. She has also acted as course lecturer at HSI College, Limerick, Ireland and has been a guest lecturer at University of Wales, Cardiff and as guest lecturer to business students at Vasteras Business College, Sweden.

    Putting the cart before the horse, means reversing the proper order or procedure of something. In business it means asking yourself, what to invest my money in first? Get the specifics in place to begin with, and concentrate your efforts on a business model for consistent cashflow. While boot-strapping can help you to start smart, your first priority is to validate your business and create cashflow. Be practical and keep things simple. Invest back into your business as it grows.
