A graduate of UCD and a qualified Chartered Accountant, Stuart has 25 years experience across a variety of industries and in many different countries. He has had a constant career focus on bringing efficiencies, procedures and controls while implementing and achieving cost savings that do not impact on operations. Stuart has brought this approach to both large and small organisations and has worked with many companies including:

• Prepare monthly profit and loss with budget variance analysis and decisions now made 2 months ahead of norm.
• Achieve E600k savings for client with E5m turnover
• Improved monthly reporting cycle by 1 day for an Irish subsidiary. This reporting cycle was rolled out to all subsidiaries of the international group.
• Training client staff to carry out more of the financial reporting resulting in a 75% reduction in on going accounting costs.
• Established procedures and internal controls including new bank reconciliation standard. Reduced bank reconciliation days required from 4 to 1.
